Tess Posner is an award-winning social entrepreneur, artist and musician focused on inclusion, equity and empowerment. Tess served as founding CEO of AI4ALL from 2017 through 2021 and grew it to over 20 AI education partner sites and to become an award-winning and internationally recognized organization. Tess currently serves as a Board member and strategic advisor to AI4ALL. Prior to AI4ALL, she was Managing Director of TechHire at Opportunity@Work, a national initiative launched out of the White House to increase diversity in the tech economy. Prior to Opportunity@Work, Tess built and led Samaschool, an educational initiative to build technical skills and confidence for the future of work that she scaled across the US and internationally.
Tess is also a music artist with a mission to bring healing, empowerment, and social change through her music. Her song “Supernova” is an anthem to survivors of sexual assault, and “Black Cloud” off her newest album speaks to people going through depression and trauma. Tess has collaborated with multi-platinum, award winning producer and songwriter Rob Wells on her new EP released in 2023 and her past projects have clocked millions of streams on Spotify. Her single “New Angels” garnered a spot as a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition.
