The Future of AI Education Council brings together faculty, researchers, postdoctoral scholars, and graduate students from across the United States to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping teaching, learning, and opportunity.
Hosted by AI4ALL, the Council is a collaborative forum where educators exchange ideas, examine emerging challenges, and contribute to research and guidance that advances the field of AI education.
Why the Council Exists
Artificial intelligence is transforming education at a remarkable pace. New tools, new expectations, and new questions are emerging faster than institutions can develop consensus around how best to respond.
Educators are grappling with questions such as:
- What knowledge and skills should students develop in an AI-enabled world?
- How should AI be integrated into teaching and learning?
- How can academic rigor, responsible technology use, and broad participation reinforce one another?
- How can higher education prepare students for a future in which AI is increasingly embedded in research, work, and everyday life?
The Future of AI Education Council brings educators together to explore these questions, share insights, and develop practical guidance for the field.
