AI4ALL Alumni win she++ Fellowships

Our AI4ALL alumni have been busy! Recently, 6 of our alumni from the Stanford AI4ALL program won the she++ #include Fellowship, selected from over 500 applicants. This fellowship supports 30 high school students as they develop computer science outreach initiatives in their communities. Outreach could take any shape, from a hackathon to a speaker series to a workshops — anything that increases access to computer science education for young people in the fellows’ communities. At the culmination of the program this spring, the 2017 #include Fellows will get the chance to take a trip to the Bay Area and present their projects to Silicon Valley tech leaders, tour top tech companies, and get an inside look at what it’s like to work in tech.
