AI4ALL Announces Continued Support from Atlassian to Advance Inclusive AI Education and Dialogue

AI4ALL, a national nonprofit committed to developing future leaders who shape AI for human good, today announced continued support from Atlassian, a leading provider of team collaboration and productivity software. A partner since 2023, Atlassian is deepening its commitment to AI4ALL’s mission through new funding that will support both student programming and thought leadership initiatives.

Atlassian’s support will help expand AI4ALL’s Ignite Program, which provides college students with hands-on exposure to artificial intelligence, mentorship, and pathways into AI careers. The sponsorship will also support a “Future of AI” salon dinner, convening leaders across technology, policy, and education for focused dialogue on the societal impact of AI. The dinner will help surface actionable insights, inform AI4ALL’s programming and content, and foster meaningful connections that can expand opportunities for the organization and its community.

“Atlassian has been a valued partner in our work to build a more inclusive and human-centered AI ecosystem,” said Bo Young Lee, CEO of AI4ALL. “Their continued support enables us to reach more future leaders at a time when AI is rapidly reshaping education, work, and opportunity, while also fostering important conversations about how it should be developed and applied.”

“Building AI that works for everyone requires both growing the talent pipeline and asking the right questions about where the technology is headed. AI4ALL does both — equipping students with real skills and career pathways while convening the kind of cross-sector dialogue that leads to better outcomes. We’re excited to support that full vision,” said Jessica Swetin, Head of Team Everyone at Atlassian.

Since its founding, AI4ALL has worked to expand access and opportunity in AI by providing education, mentorship, and career pathways for changemakers who may otherwise not see themselves in the AI field. To date, AI4ALL has reached more than 8,000 students, with 1,300-plus engaged alumni participating in Changemakers Connect, its community platform.

As national data continues to show a gap between education and employment, AI4ALL alumni are outperforming the trend. While only 30% of recent college graduates secure jobs in their field, 68% of AI4ALL alumni surveyed in 2025 reported obtaining a technology internship or full-time role following program completion.*
