About AI4ALL Summer Programs
AI is everywhere. Help create the future by learning how to use AI to solve problems you care about. At AI4ALL Summer Programs, high school students are immersed in hands-on learning, mentorship by top AI practitioners, and supportive peer networks at top universities.
COVID-19 Pandemic Response
We are committed to the overall health and well-being of our AI4ALL Summer Programs participants and colleagues and are monitoring the status of the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, we are working with our individual university partners to ensure that all in-person programming adheres to all local, state, and CDC protocols. We will continue to update the website as new information is made available.

Who Should Apply?
We aim to serve the following high school students from groups historically excluded from AI, especially those at the intersection of two or more of these identities:
- Indigenous Peoples, Black, Hispanic or Latinx, Pacific Islander, and Southeast AsianÂ
- Trans and non-binary; two-spirit; cis women and girls
- Lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, and queer
- Students with a demonstrated financial need (for example, high school students who qualify for free/reduced lunch or college students who receive financial aid)
- Future first-generation college student
No coding experience necessary. Grade levels listed below refer to a student’s grade level at the time of application.

Financial Aid
All AI4ALL Summer Programs are either free or offer extensive tuition assistance, and the majority of our students receive tuition assistance in the form of scholarships. Read about financial aid and fees on each program’s website, linked below.

Once you complete an AI4ALL Summer Program, you are invited to join our alumni network, Changemakers in AI. As part of this lifelong network, you have access to a supportive peer community, technical skills training, internship support, and college/career preparation & coaching. Our goal is to support you to become a leader in AI in your own way.
