Cher Mollé

  • Head of Revenue and Philanthropy
  • Pronouns: She/her

Cher Mollé serves as the Head of Revenue and Philanthropy at AI4ALL, where she architects the strategy for sustainable growth across earned revenue, institutional funding, and major gifts.

Cher’s commitment to social change sparked at the ripe old age of six, when she organized her very first “protest” against child labor. While her kindergarten classmates were likely preoccupied with finger painting, Cher was busy making signs and attempting to mobilize her peers—a precocious, if slightly intense, indicator of a lifelong instinct for organizing and challenging the status quo.

As she moved into her professional and academic journey, that early activist energy evolved into a more sophisticated focus on social transformation. Driven by a desire to understand and fix society’s broken systems rather than just navigating their outputs, Cher, a first-generation college student, earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in communities and policy arenas. Through this lens of macro-level change, she discovered a natural talent for resource-building, recognizing that strategic fundraising is one of the most powerful levers for moving an organization from a compelling vision to the capacity to execute at scale.

With nearly 13 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and development, Cher specializes in building the financial and operational infrastructure necessary to scale social impact. She views fundraising not merely as a series of transactions, but as the art of translating deep conviction into organizational sustainability. Throughout her career, she has partnered with local, national, regional, and international organizations focused on education, equity, and global development to ensure their growth is both thoughtful and mission-aligned.

At AI4ALL, Cher works closely with the rest of the leadership team and the board to strengthen the organization’s financial foundation, ensuring the mission is resourced for the long haul. She remains driven by that same six-year-old’s resolve: to dismantle systemic barriers and ensure the forces shaping our collective future are built on a foundation of inclusion, ethics, and equity.
