Ana Pinczuk

Ana Pinczuk is a Board Director for Aptiv (APTV) and SentinelOne (S), and a Board Trustee at Cornell University. Throughout her career, Ana has held CxO and GM positions with P&L responsibility at technology companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar ($12B+) businesses in AI robotics, SaaS, computing, and networking. Recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Dexterity, a leading AI robotics software start-up specializing in logistics automation. Before that, she was the Chief Development Officer at Anaplan, a SaaS planning software company, where she was responsible for Product Management, Engineering and Design, Infrastructure, Customer Care, Security, and IT.

Ana has served as President and General Manager for HPE Pointnext, HPE’s $8B+ services business, where she led a global team of 29,000 IT experts in over 100 countries and launched HPE’s GreenLake as-a-service business. Before this role, she was the Chief Product Officer at Veritas,
leading a $2.5B business and positioning Veritas for acquisition by The Carlyle Group. Her career includes 15 years at Cisco, where she held various senior roles, including SVP of Global Services Sales, Services COO ($12B P&L), SVP of Global Services Support, and various Engineering leadership roles.

Ana has received numerous awards, including Board Prospects 2024 Top 100 Hispanic Leaders, Latino Leaders Top 100 Most Influential Latinas in 2021 and 2020, ALPFA 2019 Top 50 Latinas, Fortune’s Top 50 Latinas in 2018 and 2017, Watermark 2018 Make Your Mark Development Award, 2016 Women of Influence Award, HITEC 100 in 2017 and 2016, Corporate Index (Top 25 Hispanics) in 2014, Latina Style Executive of the Year in 2013, and the 2013 TWIN Award.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Technology Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a Master of Science degree in Software Management from
Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy at NYU. Ana resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and is married with two sons.
