Brittany Hollis
Program Manager
Brittany Hollis is the Program Manager for AI4ALL. Previously, she served as an Instructor for Talent Edge where she supported AI4ALL students in developing career readiness knowledge and skills. She is passionate about championing marginalized voices in the tech sphere, advocating for greater inclusivity, and forging pathways to AI and technological fields.
Brittany received her Master’s of Education in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a background in teaching, STEM education, career coaching, higher education, career services, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prior to joining AI4ALL, Brittany worked as an Independent Contractor for a number of organizations providing career services such as personalized career coaching, career readiness instruction, and support in the design, development, and implementation of career services delivery models. Before taking on contract work, Brittany worked in higher education at Northern Virginia Community College within the college’s Information and Engineering Technology division. During her time there, Brittany assisted students in identifying career pathways, built connections with employer partners, spearheaded career readiness programming, and implemented the college’s first Career and Leadership Readiness Institute.
Brittany loves all things crafting and DIY and in her free time she enjoys taking on new creative projects when she’s not hanging out with loved ones.
